Here you can see the busy working scene of our factory. Catonie has a production plant covering over 5,000 square meters. We currently have a total of 6 production lines, with over 180+ highly skilled and well-trained employees, and are still growing and expanding. We have certified production plants, equipped with advanced production facilities, scientific management and quality control systems.
Our working team
R&d team：Our design team uses the most advanced design software to quickly create patterns based on sketches. In addition, we have a professional sample department that can quickly produce samples for customers.
Procurement team：We have established long-term and stable cooperative relationships with our suppliers and purchase various types of fabrics: cotton, protein fiber, linen, nylon, spandex, Lycra, polyester, colored cotton, modal fiber, matte silk, viscose fiber, rayon, renewable fabrics, lace, embroidery and accessories. We also have professional color-matching equipment and strictly control the colors of fabrics and accessories.
Trim the team：We employ the most advanced design software to maximize fabric utilization, ensure that every cut is precise and error-free, and minimize costs as much as possible.
Production team：At present, we have a total of 6 production lines and are constantly expanding them. We also use fully imported sewing machines and fully automatic overlock machines, and apply a fully suspended system for small-batch production.
Quality Control Team：We have a professional quality inspection team that conducts comprehensive checks on products from all aspects, such as clothing color, craftsmanship, labels, etc. Each production line has its own quality inspection personnel who solve quality problems from the very beginning.
Warehouse logistics team：Our warehouse logistics team is responsible for the storage and distribution of materials and products. Make sure that the materials you need are abundant and that the final products can be delivered to you in a timely manner as required
