Who Are We?

Catonie is a professional OEM/ODM intimate apparel manufacturer and sourcing partner based in Shanghai, China. Since 2013, we have focused on women's intimate apparel, with core categories including sexy lingerie, plus size sexy lingerie, sexy sleepwear, corsets & bustiers, and swimwear. Shapewear as well.

We support global lingerie brands, wholesalers, distributors, online boutiques, e-commerce sellers and private label buyers with flexible cooperation models, including OEM production, ODM development, ready-stock wholesale and light private label customization. Whether customers provide a tech pack, sample, reference picture or only a product idea, we can assist with fabric sourcing, sampling, fitting adjustment, bulk production, quality inspection and packaging customization.

Catonie has a structured team of 189+ members, including 26+ R&D specialists, 150+ skilled workers and a responsive service team. With around 2 million pieces annual production capacity and 170,000 pieces monthly capacity, we can support both fast market testing and stable repeat orders. Our product library includes 500+ sexy lingerie styles, 200+ plus size lingerie styles, 300+ sleepwear designs, 200+ corset designs and 150+ swimwear styles, helping buyers refresh collections faster and reduce development time.

We understand that intimate apparel requires more than sewing. Fit, stretch, support, lace quality, cup structure, stitching, comfort and visual appeal all affect the final customer experience. That is why we focus on both product appearance and wearing performance. Catonie follows AQL inspection standards and has BSCI/TÜV-related audit experience. Third-party testing such as color fastness, pH value, formaldehyde, azo-free and RoHS-related heavy metal testing can be supported upon request.
