Q: What are your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: General Orders: The minimum order quantity for all designs per order starts at 300 pieces. Color Variations: For each design, the minimum order quantity per color starts at 300 pieces. Custom Components: Different minimum quantities may apply for customized hardware, fabrics, decorations, concepts, dyeing, printing, and embroidery.
Q: Can I provide my own tech packs, patterns, and samples?
A: Certainly, you're invited to share your own tech packs items and samples. Please make sure that the tech packs you provide contain technical drawings, construction specifics, size specifications, and details concerning materials and components. Regarding patterns, due to software compatibility and the ease of modifications, we prefer to create our own patterns. This approach assist us maintain consistency and quality during production.
Q: Can my design be made in a specific color?
A: Indeed, fabrics can be dyed into specific colors, but this requires custom dyeing tasks. Custom dyeing incurs additional costs and time. Moreover, the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom dyeing is higher because efficient dyeing processes require larger orders.
Q: What Do I Need to Get Started?
A: To start the procedure of making your personalized fashion items, please get ready the following: Brand Files: Your logo in a vector file format like .AI, .PSD, .EPS, .SVG, or .PDF. Designs: Technical packs. If technical packs are unavailable, provide high-resolution reference images with at least three distinct views or sketches. Artwork Files: Files for prints, embroidery, concepts, and packaging should be in vector format and clearly specify dimensions. Sizing: A size chart for every design. Please note that body measurement data is not usable.
Q: What is your ordering process?
A: Our order procedure covers preliminary discussion, sample creation, order verification, bulk manufacturing and shipment.
Q: What are your terms of payment?
A: Generally speaking, we require a 50% down payment prior to production, and the balance of 50% should be paid before dispatch.
Q: How do you carry out quality checks?
A: By default, we provide free quality checks in line with the AQL 2.5 criterion, whether or not the goods have been reprocessed by the factory because of previous quality problems. We can also provide inspections at a higher ratio or on a one-to-one basis, but the cost for orders needing this service will be more expensive and quoted accordingly.
